While serving as President & CEO of the Monroe County, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, I used social media to build relationships with the local Knoxville, TN television news organizations.  I was privileged to have participated in numerous television interviews while discussing a variety of topics regarding business and economic issues in East Tennessee and Monroe County, Tennessee.  In fact, it was the first time in the Chamber’s 44 year history that this had ever been accomplished.

As a result, the Monroe County, TN Chamber of Commerce received a great deal of publicity both online and on the air.

Tennessee Packaging is planning to move to neighboring Loudon County to expand its operations, but the move isn’t as painful as it could be.
