Did you know?
Zuhrah Shriners is a fraternity based on fun, fellowship and philanthropy. With over 2000 members, Zuhrah belongs to the international fraternity Shriners International. Zuhrah is based in Minneapolis, MN and is the largest Shrine in the Midwest region. Their Shrine Center is located at 6120 Blue Circle Drive in Minnetonka.
The original philanthropic purpose of the Shriners fraternity is to support Shriners Hospitals for Children. Zuhrah is fortunate to have a Shriners Hospital in Minneapolis. The money they raise impacts a hospital right in our community.
The Zuhrah community is FUN! They hold numerous events throughout the year, many of which allow our ladies, families, friends and neighbors. Most Zuhrah Shriners are members of a Club or Unit to spend additional time raising funds for our Shrine and Shriners Hospitals.
Their largest fundraiser is the Minneapolis Shrine Circus, usually held in the month of November. You don’t want to miss this event!
The Midwest Shrine Motor Corps Association (MSMCA) is comprised of motorized Shrine units, hailing from the fourteen Shrine Centers across the upper mid-western United States and southern Canada.
- Their philanthropy is the Shriners Hospitals For Children.
- Their mission is to support our philanthropy, while enjoying the fellowship of our Fraternity.
- Their passion is the proficiency of our craft, in both performance and competition.
- Their desire is to experience fun, frivolity in all things Shrine and the sublime joy of helping children enjoy better lives!
Looking forward to speaking to the group about how to use social media effectively for their individual units on Tuesday, Jan. 26th!
